Personal Data You Provide To Us. Personal data we may collect from you includes information you choose to submit to us in connection with your access to and use of our Website, when you sign up for email alerts, participate in contests, promotions, or surveys we may have, or when you otherwise communicate with us. Personal Data We Collect Automatically. We collect personal data from you automatically when you interact with us or engage with our Website, including:

For example, reports of adverse events related to a Prestige product will be reviewed and shared in order to comply with Prestige's pharmacovigilance-related obligations including reporting to relevant health authorities. In these circumstances, only details about the incident are reported and only limited Personal Data is shared (e.g., age, gender, and initials of a patient or initials, profession, and contact information of a reporting physician or pharmacist).

We may anonymize, aggregate, or combine information we collect online or elsewhere for the above purposes or other purposes, to improve our Website to develop new products or services, and/or to analyze statistics on usage and trends. Please note that aggregated or de-identified data may not constitute personal data or information under applicable law.

HOW WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may share the personal data we collect about you from our Website through the use of pixels, web beacons, or other technologies, or information you provide to us directly by other means, for the purpose of providing and advertising our products and services, rendering our business operations, including the sharing of information with third-party service providers, vendors, or other organizations we may collaborate with.

Social media. If you access our Website from a social media account, like Google or Facebook, you give us permission to collect and share pixel information with such social media provider.

Business Transfers. We might sell or buy businesses or services. In such transactions, personal data generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the individual consents otherwise). Also, in the event that Prestige or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal data will of course be one of the transferred assets.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

"Do Not Track" Signals

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Website is not designed to attract children 13 years or younger. In fact, you must be eighteen (18) years old or older to use it. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We operate internationally. How to Make Request

You may submit a California Data Subject Request via an online form here or call us toll-free at 1-877-297-0721. You will need to confirm your address and provide us with a way to contact you and sufficient information for us to confirm who you are.

We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the personal information subject to the request. We may need to request additional personal information from you, such as email address, street address, or official photo identification, in order to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests.

Authorized Agent

You have the right to submit requests through an authorized agent. While this right is specifically recognized under California law, we reserve the right to honor such requests if you are a resident of another state at our discretion. To have an authorized agent submit a Data Subject Request Form on your behalf, the agent can do so by completing this Data Subject Request Form and specifying the agent's identity in the "Request Details" text box.

We will ask for written, signed permission that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf. Once written authorization is provided, we will review your Data Subject Request Form and respond to you as quickly as possible. We will respond directly to the email address provided by the authorized agent regarding the fulfillment of the Data Subject Request Form.

De-identified Information

Where we maintain or use de-identified data, we will continue to maintain and use the de-identified data only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify the data.

Direct Marketing Lists - California Shine the Light Law

California residents can request a list of all the third parties to which we have disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California’s Shine the Light law) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In the body of your request, you must include: “California Shine the Light Request”, your name, a current California address including street address, city, state, and zip code, as well as sufficient information for us to determine if the law applies to you. You will need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident.

We will not accept requests by telephone, email, or facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.

Nevada Privacy Notice

This Nevada Privacy Notice supplements our main Privacy Notice and applies to Nevada residents only. We do not sell “covered information” for monetary consideration. However Nevada law requires us to post the following:

Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of “covered information” for monetary consideration to a person for that person to license or sell such information. “Covered information” means any one or more of the following items of personally identifiable information about a consumer: first and last name, home or other physical address which includes the name of a street and the name of a city or town, email address, telephone number, social security number, an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted either physically or online, or other information maintained in combination with an identifier that makes the information personally identifiable.
